Welcome to mindfulness in the library 🧘‍♀️🌸

In this weekly session we offer:

  • 15 minutes guided meditation
  • 15 minutes read-aloud, from a story we hope you will find relaxing, inspiring, useful - or all three 😊
  • 30 minutes unstructured time - spoil yourself with half an hour of no fixed purpose! We'll have magazines to browse, colouring in for adults, music .... we hope you'll leave feeling refreshed and restored.

Registration is required, as due to current Covid restrictions we are limited to 10 people per session.
