Borrowing from SMART libraries
You can borrow from any of the libraries in the SMART Library group. Magazines and puzzles need to be collected from the Library that owns the item.
Reserve an item
You can: place reservations, collect a reserve, change the location to pick up your reservations, reserve books from the catalogue and have them put aside for you to collect.

Note that to access the SMART catalogue, you'll need to search Porirua Library's catalogue first. Link straight through to our library catalogue.
Check my card
You can check your library account at any time right here. Login to our library system to see what you've got out, when they are due back, renew items, any overdues or fines, and to make reserves.
Ask a librarian
It can be a little daunting searching the library catalogue. If you can't find what you want, or are not sure even where to start, ask a librarian and we'll do our best to find you an answer within a couple of days.
